Order Processing

Orders are processed within 3–5 business days unless otherwise noted.
During launches, restocks, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

You will receive a confirmation email after placing your order and a shipping notification with tracking once your package leaves our studio.


Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

We currently ship within the United States.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.
All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS with tracking.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Economy: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited: 2–3 business days (if selected at checkout)

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays.


Wholesale Orders

Wholesale orders may ship separately from retail orders and may have extended processing times depending on quantity.
If timing is critical, please contact us before placing your order.


International Shipping

International shipping rates and delivery timelines are calculated at checkout. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import fees required by their country.


Incorrect Address / Returned Packages

Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs.


Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at orders@paintpeels.com. We’ll work with you to make it right.
